  I came to the store around 9:30pm the people working gave my order away to some random man and claimed it was my "brother" this interaction was ridiculous and unacceptable. I was picking up an order for me and my friend. He did not remake the order and instead kept saying that my "brother" picked it up. My brother lives nowhere near here and she does not have a brother so they mistakenly gave my order away to someone else and instead of remaking it he would not listen or give me a refund. I need my money back , I will be putting in a dispute with my bank. I even showed the receipt and rather than owning up to the mistake he continues to tell me that someone else picked it up. How did someone else , a man , pick up an order that I paid for? There's absolutely no way that he showed the same receipt that I have or that my friend has so he gave it away without checking. This experience was horrible and I still didn't receive my order or my money back but I surely will. It's a mess in there and definitely won't be back.

  I really enjoy this store. the staff is always friendly and respectful to me at least. food is ALWAYS fresh. some people in these reviews are tripping.

  Workers are rude, vegetables do not look fresh and workers are extremely picky with the sandwiche meat and cheese. Do not go to this subway

  I went to this Subway on my lunch break to get a footlong. Upon entering I was greeted appropriately. While the man made my sandwich he was just throwing the toppings very sloppy on top. He also gave me a small sprinkle of lettuce and peppers and I had to keep asking for more. Already annoyed, I still decided not to say anything and continue with the order. What made matters worse was when I asked for pepper, salt, oil, and vinegar he became upset because I was adding more toppings yelling " Dang?!" and sucking his teeth. When I opened my sandwich, he didn't even fully cut it in half. My sandwich is sloppy and majority of my toppings aren't even in the bread. Its as if he was rushing me. I also called to speak to the manager and he just kept saying he's not here call back next week. Very rude in this store. Won't be back.
