  Absolutely impossible to contact/speak to John Koch regarding my home and car insurance. His assistants continually ask what I can do MYSELF to offset my insurance costs which rapidly escalated across the board. I am anxiously researching other companies for my insurance needs. Truly not in “Good Hands”

It is rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine kindness and outstanding customer service. John goes above and beyond, and it is clear that he takes great pride in helping people.
