  I had a very disappointing experience with this UPS Store. I visited this location to return a diamond ring that I had purchased from Macy’s. We scanned the return code, and the employee accepted the package for shipment. However, two days later, the same package was returned to our home address. When we received it, we noticed a small hole in the package that appeared to have been tampered with. After opening it, we discovered that the diamond ring was missing and the package was empty. We immediately contacted UPS customer service and provided the tracking number. The tracking information still showed the package as being in transit. Customer service advised us to contact the store for additional information. When we called the store, the staff member spoke to us in a very rude, loud, and unprofessional manner and claimed that we had never shipped the package from their location. Instead of helping us investigate what happened, they were dismissive and unwilling to assist. Losing an expensive item is already stressful, but the lack of customer service and professionalism made the situation even worse. I would strongly encourage anyone shipping valuable items, especially jewelry, to make sure they obtain detailed receipts and documentation and to be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
