  We had an excellent experience with having our documents notarized. Witnesses were available and the Notary Public was very thorough and accommodating. This will be our go-to UPS store. Highly recommended!!

  I went to the UPS store to return 10 individual items that were very similar from Amazon. I had difficulty with downloading the return codes and matching them up with the proper items. Ms Katrina, a staff member, helped to walk me through the process and was very patient and accommodating. Thank you for your help!!

  I needed 84 important business papers, copied and next day shipping, decided to try UPS in Normandy shopping center, route 40. Delighted, once inside the store, 3 sales personnel was available, bonus, not only one personnel. Yay ! Next in line, i met most patient, attention to detail, personnel assisting me to organized papers shipped, what a relief. This is not my usual UPS store. I will pass by 2 other UPS, and return this UPS. Fantastic service❗️

She helped me with everything I needed and made the process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find someone who is both efficient and genuinely kind.
