  Not even open, midday on a Weds. I waited an hour, no one ever showed up. Customer service offered no help either. Days before my wedding- don't bother. Lazy.

  So, this is NOT a review of this specific location, but a review of Federal Express, in general. It is amazing to me that 20 years ago FedEx was regularly held up as an example of business excellence. Since then their level of efficiency has plummeted. Their deliveries are slow, even when "on time" but usually they are late. Often the package is damaged. Their tracking system is dysfunctional, providing different estimates depending upon which page you are on. I was just informed by their website that my package was on the truck, at the distribution center, scheduled for delivery tomorrow as well as the following day AND that the business (my residence, no a business) is closed and not accepting deliveries. All at the same time. If this was a unique experience I could forgive them but unfortunately this is business as usual for them.
