  It was ok, until I received a letter saying me insurance was going up not long after getting this insurance.

  I have profound disappointment with my experience when I was a customer and still as a former Allstate customer. My decision to leave Allstate was based on what I experienced as repeated premium increases without satisfactory explanations, poor customer service, and interactions that lacked professionalism and courtesy. When I attempted to discuss my policy and understand the reasons for the increases, I found this office and the representatives of this office and Mr. Zoren responses to be dismissive, nonchalant, and unhelpful. Rather than addressing my legitimate concerns, I was left feeling that my questions were not taken seriously. Additionally, I believe the company's billing and pricing practices lacked transparency and integrity. As a customer, I expected honest communication and respectful treatment. It is a shame that it took approximately 10 years for me to read complaints about Allstate with the Maryland Insurance Commission website and to seek out companies and Agents who excelled in customer service, fair pricing and a genuine interest in providing their customers with the best product and solutions available ongoing. Allstate's Motto "You're in Good Hands" should be changed to "Your in Good Hands Until You're a Customer" regarding this specific office.

  These guys are THEE worse of THEE worse. Everything is a joke with them. Tom and Todd customer service is horrible and not to mentions liars. I will be switching my agency in about in a few minutes. What's the point of having them when you have to do everything yourself

  This guy Todd is a jerk. He got this company by inheriting his clients. He is a liar, never returns calls and tries to take advantage of people that have been previous clients for years. I am taking my business to someone that appreciates my business and was NOT handed a portfolio. Just look at his picture. Do not trust this guy.
