  Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I had rent a mailbox and their rates are competitive. For a [now fully] remote business, it's nice having a street address without having to give your home address.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience at this UPS Store. I had an expensive package that required a signature, so to avoid missing the delivery, I had it sent here for pickup. When I arrived, I was told I needed to pay $10 just for them to “hold” my package. This was never clearly communicated ahead of time, and it felt completely unreasonable given that I was simply trying to securely receive something I paid for. What made the situation even more concerning was that the employee at the counter admitted the fee was “BS” and said it was something his boss required. He essentially implied he didn’t agree with the policy and told me he would just leave the package there, and what I did next was up to me. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how this place is run. I ended up taking my package and leaving, but the entire experience felt unprofessional and shady. I will not be using this location again and would strongly caution others before having packages sent here. **RESPONDING TO THE OWNER** SHIPPING was already paid. You all did not even have the package for 24 hours and to charge a $10 fee is outrageous. You can respond all you want to every negative review, clearly there is something wrong with your business practice. DO BETTER. AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION !!!

  Came here on 3/4/2026 around 6:40 pm ( doing this so the manager knows who was working) the girl was super rude and unprofessional she wasnt answering any questions or willing to help absolutely bad experiences i would never come back here although thats the closest to my place i would drive longer but not give this store business

  It's Marcy M here a long time customer and mailbox holder. The staff here (old and new including Brandon, Erica, Erin, Dylan, Tai, Dakota, etc) and the owner Rob have been very personable and accommodating to me and my family members who often come to retrieve my packages. We're grateful for the helpful and personalized service and thats why Ive kept my box here well over 15 years.
