  This Subway is top notch. Many are dabbling in OK food quality these days, but all fresh ingradients at this one; nice people as well.

  Store does not allow national coupons or App specials Figure on paying double. Never going there again. Explains why the place was empty at dinner hour. Will go another 5 minutes down the road, to the Subway that takes both.

  I called in a panic because I had a large team order to make and had received no help from the Mount Airy Subway and was told to download the app for my order and that they had no means to get a fax or email with my order. Well the app only allows 6 orders at a time and no way to assign them to a name. I decided to try this store and automatically when he answered the phone PJ said no problem here is my email and to send my order. All the sandwiches were ready to go on time and boxed up perfectly! I even got a follow-up email to make sure everything was good. This is an excellent example of customer service and this Subway on Exchange Drive will now be my family's go-to!!
