  First time I’ve gotten service that was incredibly rude. I put a mobile order in, noticed that it wasn’t ready yet, so I silently waited. I am then yelled at “CAN I HELP YOU WITH SOMETHING” by a middle aged employee and I said “Yes I just had a mobile order” and I got responded with “Okay it’ll still be 5 minutes” and under her breath with an attitude and says “it’s not even 4:40, so she has to wait” I understand that I came early which is why I made it no issue. There was also no line at all. Usually my orders are ready earlier than the pick up time and I had no problem waiting, even if it was only an extra 5 minutes. Not understanding why politely waiting for my order seemed to be a problem. It’s disappointing because this is my go to subway, will not be coming back, at this time of day atleast. The younger employees in the afternoon are always so kind & have no problem with me coming early and most of the time my order is already complete. I hate that such negative energy was given to me.

  I order from here all the time and the blond girl with glasses is the ONLY person I trust with making my sandwich! She is so sweet and friendly and even when I order mobile it still comes out as perfectly as it would if I came in person.

  Ok so check this out. I just went there, to grub lunch. Now I’m a contractor I asked the person on the register for the keys for the bathroom so I could wash my hands before ordering any food. Haha I was denied even though I literally handed teylor a $50 bill! I don’t know what I want at this moment? I want to be treated as a customer, not be looked down upon. Now keep in mind I’m not a junky or or a suspension person. I just took my money back and went to Wendy’s instead. Who needs subway anyway it’s microwave cheap tasteless food, and the chocked isn’t even real. No wonder the place is empty!
