  The staff member who helped me was professional and made my visit easy and quick. The store has a lot to offer in options for many things that could support business or personal shipping, copying, mailing etc. needs. There is also a post office box service on site. Also a notary, and you can purchase from a nominal packing and office supplies selection. Though I go here sporadically, as it's conveniently located, yet frequently enough in a year's time to appreciate that I've always had good experiences.

  It’s always ridiculously slow and there’s always an extended line and because the store hours are while I’m working I try to do it during my lunch break which is always 30 minutes and it goes beyond

  Have been multiple times in the past few weeks to return Amazon purchases and the system has been down. Very frustrating for all involved, especially the staff! My husband spoke to staff member who agreed it had happened several times recently, and then he left a review talking about how friendly the store is but that there has been a recurring issue. We returned later in the day to complete the return (system back up) and the employees were loudly discussing the “bogus” review they received that lied about the frequency of the issue. I was shocked to hear them trash talking about customers in front of other customers. I told them my husband was the one who left the review and to keep in mind that customers could be in the store when they’re chatting. I was told to my face that my husband left a false review. This is simply not true, as the issue has sporadically occurred since at least October 2025 when my mother could not return items for our wedding and multiple times since then.

  Called asking about notary, told to "bring it over", arrived in under 10 minutes, stood in line another 5 minutes, got to my turn and asked for notary who (is standing right there mind you) and am then told that the notary service had ended for the day because he was "leaving soon". No notary hours posted, no notary hours on phone recording. Dude just didn't want to for whatever reason. Don't waste your time. Even if you call ahead they might decide they don't want to.
