I booked 7 nights at this hotel and paid $1,138.60. Unfortunately, it has been one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
I specifically booked a 1st-floor room, but upon arrival I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor instead. When I entered the room late that night, it was ~80°F because the AC was not working. Then they moved me to another room for the night.
The next morning, I had to move again because the room they had placed me in overnight was needed for another guest. I was then assigned a room on the 2nd floor. In that room, 2 out of the 4 bulbs in the bathroom were not working. I managed with half the light until the next morning. However, the toilet was clogged and I went to a nearby Tractor Supply for toilet usage. I reported both issues to the manager the following morning and was assured they would be fixed while I was out.
When I returned that evening, the light had been repaired, but the toilet was still clogged. The next morning, I reported the toilet again. Once again, I was told it would be fixed during the day. When I came back that evening, I discovered the water had been turned off because they couldn't get a plumber until the following day.
Their solution? Move me to yet another room back on the 3rd floor. After packing all of my belongings for the third time, I entered the new room only to find it was once again around 80°F because the AC wasn't working there either.
The hotel's final solution was to move me back to my room on the 2nd floor, but to use the bathroom in the 80°F room on the 3rd floor, located on the opposite side of the hotel, until the plumber could arrive the next day. This meant that throughout the night, whenever I needed to use the restroom, I was expected to leave my room, take the elevator or stairs up a floor, walk across the hotel, and then return to my room. I found this solution completely unacceptable for a paying guest.
Throughout this entire ordeal:
+++ I was forced to pack and move my belongings 3 separate times during a 7-night stay.
+++ I experienced 2 rooms with broken AC.
+++ I dealt with a clogged toilet for multiple days.
+++ I managed to get ready in a bathroom with only half the lighting.
+++ Not once did anyone sincerely apologize for the inconveniences (YES, plural).
+++ Not once did anyone offer to help me move my luggage.
+++ I was still expected to pay the full $1,138.60 for my stay.
Problems can happen at any hotel. What matters is how they're handled. In this case, there was a complete lack of urgency, empathy, and customer service. I cannot recommend staying here.

This hotel has significantly deteriorated over the last 5 years. Once a clean and gleaming gem, this hotel now looks, smells, and feels neglected and intentionally run down. It is clear that despite being fully booked, no reinvestment in maintaining this property has occurred.
Entering the hotel, we quickly noticed the front desk area was disheveled and unkempt. Undeterred we headed upstairs, past the visibly dirty pool. We arrived to a wall of strong marijuana odor on the third floor hallway. We entered our room to find the windows open, no sheets for the pull out bed, and scraped/dinged furniture. The door to the bathroom was dirty and had significant water damage at the bottom. 4 small, standard sized pillows sat on the king sized bed.
Exhausted and traveling with small children, we returned to the front desk to ask for a few more pillows (2 thin and 2 fluffy standard sized pillows were not going to cut it for our family). They told us that hotel policy was no more than 4 pillows to a room. We did get 2 sets of sheets and 2 very ragged blankets. There were holes in the blankets big enough to fit my children’s heads through.
As we tucked in to bed we realized that the blanket on the bed was also ragged and holey. Also- it became clear that the reason why our windows were open was to diffuse the weed odor seeping into our room from the hallway. Not wanting to go to a family function with our kids smelling like pot, we decided to leave the windows open. However, the road noise and dampness made sleeping very difficult.
Thus, I write this wide awake in the middle of the night… wondering how we are going get through the next two nights on a fully booked holiday weekend. :-(
