  Been a patron for as along as the business has been open. Called regarding a package tracking issue and had a very unprofessional interaction. The manager was rude and dismissive. No need to mention the manager's name; it's mentioned in other unfavorable reviews below. When attempting to follow up, the owner was also dismissive and unhelpful. Disrespectful behavior/service is tolerated here. Disappointing experience overall. All customers should matter! UPDATE: Thank you for your response, Beth. I remained calm throughout, never insulting, and was simply trying to resolve an issue. Unfortunately, the concern was not addressed, and the interaction felt just as dismissive as it did with your manager, Eric. Being hung up on and told I was not considered a UPS customer because my issue involved Amazon was unacceptable. All customers should be treated with the same level of professionalism, and that was not my experience by him or you. Thank you for reviewing the incident. I hope that, with that insight, future customers are treated with the same level of respect and professionalism, regardless of the monetary value they bring to the store.
