  It makes no sense. I ordered my food at 12:44am and it said it would be here within 1:14am to 1:29am. I waited and went outside at 1:29am for the food not to be here. I went back inside and waited for 10 more minutes before coming back outside to see if my food was outside which it wasn’t. I can’t call them because they’re closed. I don’t understand, if you guys allow me to place an order it should come ? makes zero sense. I’m going to call in the morning about this because honestly it’s disappointing.

  Extremely disappointed in this location. Not only put together the wrong door dash order, but it also seems like they just threw together an order with old product. On each container there is a sticker with a time at 10:30 pm meaning that this food has been sitting around for 3 hours now. I would have gone and got it my self but am currently dealing with a broken leg and unable to drive. Not sure if this was caused by laziness or just carelessness but extremely disappointing and utterly embarrassing for this location.

  I was just at this location about 15 minutes ago, and I am utterly disappointed in the customer service I received today. I came at a busy time, but I was patiently waiting in line. A guy came in AFTER me and went in front of me ignoring the fact i was already in line. The girl that was cashiering is a white female with lashes. The cashier was aware I had arrived before the guy that cut in front of me, yet unacknowledged me and attended to the guy that cut in front of me. Since the moment I arrived with my friend the cashier was giving very ugly looks. This experience left me disappointed overall, because I work customer service and I know that’s not how customers should be treated. I hope this gets addressed with the cashier.
