  Absolutely terrible experience at the Subway on Wise Ave in Dundalk. I ordered two Meal of the Day sandwiches, expecting exactly what Subway advertises: a sandwich, chips, and a drink. I paid over $15 and was simply told, “Have a good day,” without receiving the chips or drinks that are supposed to come with the meals. I didn’t realize it until after I had already paid, so I went back up to the counter to ask about it. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the employee actually told me that “people usually never get the chips and drink with the Meal of the Day.” What kind of explanation is that? If it’s advertised as included, then it should be included. Then, after realizing the mistake, I was told it would be another $9, which made absolutely no sense. I explained that I eat Subway regularly during my lunch breaks and have never had this issue at any other location. Instead of trying to fix the situation, the employee asked me which Subways I go to, as if that somehow changes what comes with the meal. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of accountability were unbelievable. It felt like I had to argue just to get what I already paid for. Customer service was poor, the explanation made no sense, and the whole interaction left me frustrated. I’ll definitely think twice before coming back to this location. - martin

  Simply terrible all around , take the drive and go to a different location or just eat something else . Employees attitude suck

  Very clean store,it's bn awhile since I've bn to any subways,I recieved a gift card n wanted to use it. Nice lady that made my sub. I would like to go back, the ice machine is broken.customers asking for ice,the Employee would scoop ice outta a bucket, that was kept in their cooler ,and then the customers were complaining that the soda fountain machine gave out flat sodas.mayb they need to get that fixed..restrooms were clean.id go back...
