  Priscilla cancelled my homeowners policy incorrectly (as acknowledged by an Allstate rep when I discussed the issue online). Priscilla herself communicated that she would fix the issue. But she never did. Unfortunately this issue has taken such a long time to resolve my debt of multiple hundreds of dollars for insurance on a home I never purchased is now in collections. She’s a sweet lady but this is simply unacceptable. Honestly this whole experience is making me never want to use a rep again. I will only ever go directly through a website bc the human error on this and the lack of accountability is insane. I’ve sent her multiple messages over the past months and her only solution was to admit fault, say she would fix it, not fix it, and then ignore me. This is ridiculous

  Roxanne has been the best agent that I have had since I have had car insurance. She is super helpful make me feel comfortable and she always go above and beyond to make sure that am satisfied and all of my insurance needs are met. She always have every answer to any questions may have just making my all state experience amazing. I will never change insurance as long as she is a part of the all-state team.
