  If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was nonexistent. No one wanted to help on the phone. Misleading advertisement. Talking about get ur part in 30 minutes when u order online and all you need is an email confirmation or a valid ID...firstMisleading statement...get there to be told i cant have my part that I paid for not till I get an email confirmation. Call HQ only to be told yeah we didn't get ur money yet ( even tho the money went out of my account 😒) so you need to wait upto 3 hours but u will get ur part today before business closes (remember they said 30 minutes after payment it will be waiting at the store for me) so im waiting killing time in a borrowed car not mine cuz i need this part. 2 hours into this my order gets canceled and I should expect a refund in 24 to 48 hours but they never got money that they are going to refund me. Oh and they guy inside i wish I had his name but he was so clever and smart 😉 because according to him all this could be avoided had i ordered my part even earlier. All of this was my fault for believing in the lies they told and low quality service I was receiving. But hey thank God the Car parts industry aint suffering or about to be a thing of the past. They just all the customers like me lined up at the door waiting not online getting my part for even cheaper 🙃 😒 🙄 😐 😑. Oh and p.s. The second misleading statement was them saying if they close my order out I'll see my money in an hour but remember they canceled it and said see ur money back in 48 hours. Such a great experience. I recommend everyone go through this at this location in particular...

  DO NOT OFFER A SERVICE IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER ON THAT SERVICE! If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a same day home delivery order in which they never delivered. Nor did they communicate that it wouldn't be coming as mentioned. Just took my money and didn't give me anything in return. I believe that is what is known as stealing and is a crime in most areas of the country. Be aware of any orders you do online, especially through this location.
