  This place is awful went here today and the gentlemen was sweet but said that he was unable to print yet there was two large copy machines in the retail area that most assuredly can print I’m sure. Also him and his office mate gave me an address to a shopping store like kinkos but that address took me near the Union rescue mission and soup kitchen no office store in sight. He probably had the right address but his office mate haven me an address that didn’t seem right. Absolutely a weird experience.

  I had a package stollen. The driver did not put my package at the back door as instructed by my request on my site instructions.

  I’ve been waiting for my package since Friday, it has to be signed for so I have been at home but they never showed up. I’m now being told by the pharmacy because the driver marked it as being attempted that I have until tomorrow to pick it up or will be returned. So, let’s recap, no notes left at my house, I’ve been home and no one came to my house, oh and there is snow on the ground yet no tracks but they attempted to deliver. Every month I go through the same crap but it eventually gets to me.

  If I could give a hundred negative stars, I would. This terminal is a joke! I ordered something & it was shipped through FedEx on December 16th with a promised delivery date of 12/19. It has been labeled as "Out For Delivery" for 3 days now. I've called their useless 800 number where no one speaks English & been lied to about the whereabouts of my package or given BS excuses as to why it hasn't been delivered yet, i.e bad weather when there hasn't been any at all. I finally called their fraud dept only to find out that it's been sitting in a van with no delivery driver to bring it to my area after being told each day that "it'll be there tomorrow." The drivers usually throw packages off the truck & damage them, they don't care about their customers & they are extremely dishonest. Thanks for the Merry Christmas, FedEx. I'll never use you again & will urge others to use UPS or USPS when ordering from online merchants.

  Shipped a box of hand blown glass items. Box made it all the way from nc to Cumberland. It was on the truck for delivery right down the street and the box was mysteriously sent back to the center “for inspection” they claim 18 of the 20+ items were broken so they threw them away. No Proof of damage and refuse to do anything about it. My attorney is taking to small claims court and I’ll never use fed ex again. I am also the corresponding secretary for The American War Mothers, a national, congressionally chartered military organization. We ship thousands of boxes to our troops. We also won’t be using fed ex again.
