  Horrible ship center. Paid for overnight shipping… package was supposed to be delivered today. Apparently they “forgot” to put it on the truck and now delivery is tomorrow. Package was needed today HENCE PAYING EXTRA FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. Ppl here are lazy and management doesn’t care. Spoke to 4 different ppl and a supervisor everyone gave me a different story.

  I rarely ship FedEx but unfortunately I have had to my past 2 packages. This place refused to take my last 2 packages because there wasn’t any tape on the edge of the boxes???? I ship a ton of stuff and I have never heard of such a thing….matter of fact I went to a different FedEx location just to make I wasn’t crazy and they took my packages no questions asked. The lady at the counter is just miserable trying to make everyone else’s life the same. Avoid this place at any cost I promise you.

  I wish I could give zero stars. One star is still too many. I have an important package that I paid for two day shipping. I received a delivery window as well as the deliverer's name. Nothing delivered during the window. The time was then changed to 8pm. Nothing was delivered at all. I received an email stating my package will now be delivered the next day. Now I am checking the tracking and not only has it not been updated, it doesnt even say it is out for delivery. This is unacceptable.
