  Paid to have a live animals delivered over 2 days. They had the package all day and did not bother to deliver it. Said, maybe by 8pm next day?? Had no idea why the driver could not deliver a package he had all day on time. Customer service took no responsibility.

  Repeated delivery issue from the Crofton location. Every package is delayed or God forbid returned due to incompetence.

  I wish you could give less than 1 star. They lost/stole a package 2 weeks ago, lied about it then sent a hey our bad email 5 days later. After getting a replacement was ordered by the original company, the second package was delayed by FedEx for 5 days then lied again about attempting to deliver to my address. This is by far the most corrupted service ever and should be bankrupted and punished by law.

  Do not use FedEx. They will not deliver your package, type in a fake name, and nobody is held accountable. I didn’t realize they had 1 star on every major review site until I felt compelled to leave my own review. Customer service is even worse. I’m surprised they aren’t investigated and shut down. I would rather put a letter in a bottle and through it in the ocean than use FedEx. It has a better chance of making it to where I need it to go.

  Easy to locate. Not much parking, but the cars don't stay long. Customer service representative was pleasant and helpful.
