  Said they attempted delivery and no one was home but we have cameras and no one even drove by. No note was left, nothing. Called them and fought on the phone for 2 hours, they said they'd come back before 3pm and it's now nearly 5pm and they once again have not shown up at all today. Had an important document sent one day shipping and this will cause significant problems not that they care. They also flat out lied to us about how things were handled to shift the blame off themselves. They claim they will come tomorrow but at this point who knows. Meanwhile my document is being held hostage.

  24 days. 1 week of calling everyday. Sent from Utah to Maryland for 2 days then to Illinois then back to Maryland. On-hand and onsite for 4 days but no one could locate or figure out how to take it off a truck and bring it to the lobby. 6 customer service reps, 2 managers, 2 escalations, and 2 tickets later I drove there myself and waited 40 minutes for it to be finally removed from a truck.

  Extremely disappointed with FedEx Ship Center. My package was delivered to the WRONG address even though the correct address was clearly listed on the package. This shipment was extremely important, yet after multiple calls from both myself and my mother, we still cannot get proper follow-up or accountability from customer service. At this point, we have had to investigate and search for the package ourselves. We located the home where it appears to have been delivered, but the residents are not answering the door or responding to notes left behind. Customers should not have to play detective to recover packages that FedEx failed to deliver correctly. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, urgency, and accountability afterward has been unacceptable. We trusted FedEx with an important delivery and were left completely unsupported when things went wrong. So I’m just screwed basically and they have made it clear that they don’t care!

  Staggeringly incompetent staff that needs to be trained way better before being unleashed on customers. Two ladies were there, one was clearly new, but kept taking customers, so the other was walking away to help her every 30 seconds even though I was first in line. They ended up helping 4 (!) other customers while I was still waiting. When I finally asked to please finish my order before helping others, they apologized to the NEXT customer because apparently only their time is valuable, mine isn’t. And THEN it turned out that all this waiting was for nothing because they told me there was no way for me to ship a piece of paper to Europe without having a FedEx account. Offered 0 suggestions, 0 apologies. I ended up walking away after all that wait only to go to UPS and get everything done with competent help. This was a $150 sale.
