    If there was zero or negative rating I would definitely give that because of the rude male staff I spoke with around 4:50 pm, today (8/6/26). I have been coming to this stores so many times, and all the experiences were pleasant until today I went to the store. I treated the staffs with respect and unfortunately I was not treated in the same way. He is so rude, unprofessional and gave an attitude to me altho I did not do anything. Very disappointed about the customer service.

    This is an excellent UPS store. It’s clean. Usually you’re in & out and it’s near the local bus line! Love it!

    You have to print your label any other UPS store I’ve been to will do it for you or at least scan it. 4 bucks to print a label is a bit ridiculous. If you have a heavy package or multiple packages it’s best to just go to a more convenient and accessible UPS.
