  I had such a wonderful experience with Candace at the UPS Store in Wilde Lake when I needed to send some First\-Class Mail\. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout our interaction, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about helping people and making sure each customer feels supported\. What stood out to me most was Candace’s professionalism and kindness even in a difficult moment\. She was the only employee working, and although a line began to form because she was taking the time to assist each customer individually, she remained calm and attentive\. While she was helping me, an older customer approached her and spoke to her quite rudely, even threatening to take her business elsewhere\. What made this particularly upsetting was that I had personally witnessed Candace offer this customer assistance and provide verbal instructions to help her\. Despite this, the customer responded unkindly\. Through it all, Candace remained positive, patient, and gracious\. She continued helping me without missing a beat, never allowing the unpleasant interaction to affect the quality of service she provided\. I felt compelled to write this review because **people like Candace deserve to be recognized and appreciated\.** She went above and beyond, not necessarily through a grand gesture, but through the patience, compassion, and professionalism she demonstrated while navigating a challenging situation\. It takes a special kind of person to continue treating others with kindness when they are not shown that same kindness in return\. Candace is a wonderful representative of the UPS Store, and I sincerely hope her efforts are recognized by management\. Thank you, Candace, for being so kind and for reminding me how much a little patience and genuine care can mean\. You made a lasting impression, and you deserve all the appreciation for the work you do\!

  It's a UPS. It does it's UPS job. What else can you ask from a UPS store?

  Absolutely awesome help me with my packaging needs and then help me find a package that I incorrectly packed and dug it out so that I could pack it correctly before it actually shipped. Pure awesome great customer service thank you so much

  I was standing in line patiently for about 8–9 minutes when the employee allowed her friend, another lady, to cut in front of me. That was very unprofessional and unfair to customers who were waiting their turn. This is definitely not the level of customer service I expected from this establishment

  Yet another UPS store refusing to take Amazon returns. If that is the business arrangement, then UPS stores should be equipped with shrink wrap capabilities or other packing materials.
