  Michael was so great! My battery totally died at Panera next door. He came out and checked the battery, then I purchased a new one and he replaced it for me. The whole interaction was like 20 minutes and I was good to go. He was phenomenal!

  I had an issue with my battery yesterday morning and needed a replacement immediately. Andy was there bright and early, and got my battery replaced and me on my way. He was very friendly and extremely helpful in an already stressful situation. I could not be more happy that they were there in my moment of need to get me back on the road.

  In an attempt to be the worst customer ever, i walked in with a battery, an air filter and LITERALLY zero knowledge of the vehicle it came out of, except Ford Van. Michael greeted me as i arrived and in like 5 mins i had the air filter and battery i needed, PLUS he had knowledge of the vehicle and knew that half the battery was hard to get to and recommended a little kit, to deter any corrosion on the battery connector. Impressive to say the least. A real pro. 5 stars

  Mike was incredibly helpful with a battery issue I was having with my terminals. He went out of his way to go above and beyond, taking extra steps to make sure that everything was right. Just for the customer service, I will be returning to this location.
