Wonderful experience. First of all, at the entrance, I was hit by the guy with a bunch of boxes who didn't see me and left a bruise. He didn't even say sorry. He just looked at me and passed by. He is a worker of UPS. The girl stood in front, who is behind the cashier, or whatever it's called, and she just stood with a poker face. She didn't say anything, and then with a poker face she didn't do anything, absolutely. We ended up putting labels on our boxes by ourselves, and the cherry on the pie, she asked my friend. She didn't even ask politely. She said, You can put your box right there. So the heavy box that they're supposed to lift by themselves, we're supposed to bring them there. What else are we supposed to be asked for? Should we, like, swipe there, or vacuum, or what the heck? This girl had, like, no facial expressions. She did not care. This is insane.

On Sunday, July 26, 2026, the website erroneously said they were open until 9pm. I traveled there at 5pm, only to find the store has Summer Hours and is not open on Saturdays and Sundays. Please update your website!
