  I’ve been coming to this FedEx location for over 4 years, and Phyllis consistently goes above and beyond! Whether I’m printing something for work or for personal use, she always takes the time to make sure everything turns out exactly how I need it. She is incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about the quality of her work. Phyllis is truly an asset to this location and the kind of employee every company hopes to have. Thank you for always taking such great care of me and my printing needed Phyllis!

  Customer service was ok, but the cost for their boxes are ridiculously pricey.

  Wow. Lone woman employee I encountered was curt, rude, and very dismissive. Down right nasty to me and other customers. See other reviewers have had the same experience at this location. Fedex needs to take a hard look at this individual...not sure she is in the right slot on the Fedex team.

  If I could get a zero, I would. Customer service here is awful. The employees are Extremely rude and unhelpful.
