  Today I went to this UPS Store to return an Amazon package, and honestly, this was one of the most ridiculous and illogical experiences I’ve ever had. It was my first time returning something, and I was surprised to find out that they charge $1 for tape and also charge you to print your own return label. If they are going to charge for everything, what is the logic of making the customer do it themselves instead of simply having the staff take care of it? I was very disappointed with the experience. #I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

  Was there today to drop off a package asked the clerk if she could print or scan my return label she said NO only to go to another store National Harbor and they were able to do it

  The staff is efficient, professional, yet engaging. Employee Starr always has a smile and very welcoming. Regardless of how busy this store is...the are quick and efficient. Great location.

  Very disappointing customer service. The employee didn't say hello or thank you, and came across as rude throughout the interaction.Good customer service starts with basic courtesy, and unfortunately that was missing. I hope management addresses this.

  Customer service is trash! Rep at the counter is not welcoming and had dry personality. To top off the terrible customer service, they charged me $1, to put a small piece of tape on a box, not even a courtesy piece of tape. It’s not about the $1, courtesy goes a long way, I’ll be sure to skip this UPS store!
