I always have a great experience at The UPS Store in Clinton, Maryland. Antwannette is consistently friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. On my most recent visit, I needed tape for my package, and she provided it at no additional cost. It may seem like a small gesture, but that kind of customer service makes a difference. Antwannette always goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Excellent customer service and definitely deserving of five stars!

Antwannette and Amber were very polite and helpful. I was greeted by both of them with smiles. I had one shipping label and 2 boxes and they assisted me with purchasing the right size box to fit both of my large items. Their customer service and professionalism were excellent.
