  We were able to email legal documents to the store, have them printed out, notarized and transmitted. They arrived at the destination the next day. The staff was very helpful and responsive during the entire process.

  On Friday afternoon, UPS patched me through to Jason’s number by accident. I live in New Orleans. He had no reason to be helpful to me whatsoever, but he patiently offered to look into my tracking issues where an Access Point had refused my package and gave me advice how to solve the problem. It almost brought me to tears how kind and patient he was, especially given that he was not poised to benefit from this interaction. That kind of service is particularly rare in this day and age, and it won’t be forgotten. Clarksville customers: you’re lucky to have a businessperson like this in your town. Thank you, Jason, for going over and beyond.
