  Helpful staff. The "self-help" area could use some improvement with explanations of how to use. Parking is the major hassle. The hours are great, even on Sundays.

  Abraham was spectacular this morning. He was incredibly kind and patient, and an expert problem solver. What I ordered online was not possible, as machines have limitations, and he provided a thoughtful solution. Thank you again Abraham!!

  Not a reliable location for timely shipments. I left a package with an agent on Saturday, needed it to go out on Monday. But they failed to load it on the truck on Monday, inexplicably, so it didn't start moving until Tuesday night. Basic and inexcusable service failure.

  I ordered copies here. The parking is typically bad enough but now with the snow you will need to park on Wisconsin Ave and walk in the road to access the front door because they didn’t clear a path. When I called for help I was met with a snarky, rude comment about how they’re not responsible for the weather.
