  Not accessible if you have a wheelchair or stroller. When you do finally get inside though, the store clerks are rude and unhelpful. The clerk speaking to me threw a business card at me and walked away without saying anything.

  Service with picking up and dropping off deliveries is efficient. This location may want to look into retraining some of its staff on appropriate conduct, particularly around assuming customers' ethnicity and making comments on their looks. That might have been cute in the 90s, it isn't in 2026.

  I went to the store at 12pm today July 3rd and while I was standing for 3-4 minutes tall overweight black male employee was playing with some books in the middle of the store and asked me “what do you need?”. I said I have packages to for delivery. He asked me if i have ID and “wait, Im busy” . I was looking at him for next 30 seconds then he yelled “what!!???l why are you looking at me like that??”. So I left the store. Where do you find them?

  Sitou is horrible he treated me with so much disrespect for no reason I think he hates women. He was horrible and made my experience before work horrible

  Helpful staff. The "self-help" area could use some improvement with explanations of how to use. Parking is the major hassle. The hours are great, even on Sundays.
