  The UPS store in Chestertown, Maryland has the best employees. They are so friendly and bubbly they make me smile. They have the best customer service of any business I’ve been in.

  Why would any UPS interested in helping store be closed on Sunday when their web site says they are open!? Poor service!

  I’ve lived several different areas the last few years and handle shipping a lot of stuff and this UPS is by far the best. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Evan! They also are very generous and will help pack up and item or spare some tape for you. I enjoy my interactions here.

  Oh my goodness, Evans and Sarah are the absolute sweetest employees. They greet you with a smile and so willing to help you to the fullest. All of the employees at this UPS are courteous, professional, and go above and beyond to help everyone that comes through their door for service. it’s refreshing and a absolute delight doing business there, and that’s all due to the wonderful employees.
