  I purchased a galaxy a16 2 months ago from a Walmart 2 months ago & neglected/procrastinated getting a case. So my a16 has some major damage to the screen (butter fingers lol) & while in the area on chrismas eve i decided to stop here to get a case & another a16 to eventually replace my current one. The young Hispanic woman refused to sell me the phone without activating it & i was genuinely confused because how am I able to purchase the whole kit from Walmart, putting my old Sim card from the a15 I demolished (no case + butter fingers lol) then why not from the actual store. So no arguments I jus decided to buy the case I picked up & just goto the walmart nearby. I felt she was a little condescending when making me aware of the price of the case, stating that it was "so high" because it contained a screen protector (as if i couldn't read the box) & i never asked about the price.

  Best service in a long time. Walked in Ms. Joss took good care of me w/upgrade. She was very calm and patient and knew everything accordingly to my answered questions. All the staff was so nice. I would recommend to this site again. Thank you

  I met Alex today, and she was very helpful. With a couple of questions she was able to give me a great deal on the Moto E Cruise. Got a case, & screen protector for only $5 extra. Thanks Alex !

  So far, this location has always provided great helpful service. My one gripe is that they do not have the full range of phones for sale on display. They display really inexpensive phones and the really expensive ones. So look online for the full range of phones. They tend to keep the mid-range ones in the back but will get them if you ask for them.
