  This UPS location stands out as the best I’ve ever visited. The entire staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, but one particular staff member, Ama, left a lasting impression on me. It was rush hour on a Thursday, and I had several large returns to make. Ama went above and beyond to assist me. She provided a dolly to transport the packages, helped me navigate the store when the crowd grew, and even taped my packages when it was determined that my items would need to be returned in their original boxes. Throughout the entire process, she maintained a warm and friendly demeanor. Not only did she make me feel less of a burden, but she also likely eased the frustrations of the growing line behind me by making jokes and funny comments to lighten the mood. This positive experience was just one of many I’ve had at this store. I commend the management and team members like Ama for their exceptional service.

  I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I only needed a small piece of tape to seal a box for a return, but instead of helping with a simple strip of tape, I was required to buy an entire roll. I’ve been to other UPS locations and never experienced this. It felt unnecessary and very customer-unfriendly.

  Randy was so helpful and efficient. Him and his colleague made this return process easy for me. Even when I came in with tattered boxes.

  I highly recommend this UPS store. The owners and staff provide quality professional services. Even if I have to wait to be served, I do not mind because the staff ensures that each customer receives quality customer service as evidenced by their patience, smiles, and courtesy. Truly, I pray God's outpouring of blessings and prosperity upon this business.
