  I went to the Subway store at 9141 Alaking Ct., Capitol Heights, Maryland to purchase the $6.99 deal which includes 6 inch sub, a bag of chips or 2 cookies & a small soda and you can upgrade for additional $3.00 to a foot long. The Hispanic woman took & made my order, but when she rang my order, she said I can’t get the soda because they don’t have any small cups. I said I will use a medium cup and fill up it up half way she said NO. I said your cheating me as you advertise a small drink included, it’s not my fault you don’t have small cup, she said repeatedly she is doing her job and I don’t have to buy anything she doesn’t care. I rate her service as VERY VERY POOR & I will not return to this store again. She needs customer service training IMMEDIATELY.

  I just left out of the Subway at Alaking Court in Capital heights MD. The Hispanic woman who was making my sandwich refused to add sweet onion teriyaki sauce to my sub claiming that the sauce does not go on that sandwich although I said that I would pay extra for it. She just caused the store to miss out on a sale because she refused to make my sandwich my way. Horrible customer service!!!!!!
