  Stopped into this advance auto today for a new battery and the service that I received was nothing short of amazing. Perry did an excellent job installing my car battery. The process was quick and smooth and her customer service was outstanding. She was very energetic and happy, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this location! I will be back

  So i ordered a spark plug wire kit and didn't realize i ordered it from another state and put same day delivery. ( yes i know its my fault lol) So i called the store to see about canceling it and they said they didn't have an order for me and that i never placed one, which i gave them the order number and what i ordered and still said they didn't have anything in there system and proceeded to hang up the phone without helping me resolve my issue of being out $100 to a store that's 4 hours away. I'd say never order from here cause they're not gunna help in any way.

  On Tuesday October 14, 2025 Ms Sia helped me purchase a battery for my son's car. Sia took time to call me back to inform me the battery we originally discussed would not be strong enough for the car and gave me the information on a better battery. When people care about people it makes a difference in life. My husband and I agree Ms Sia is a kind person to make sure we purchased the best product to keep our son safe. Advance Auto you have a great employee and staff at the Walker Mill location in District Heights Maryland. Thank you for caring about your customers. MJ
