  Came in the Capital Heights location ready for combat based on what I was told from another location and had the most trouble free experience I’ve had in years. She helped me when the other location refused me. One thing for sure, two things for certain. Perry is amazing!!!!!!

  August 2, 2026. Hello everyone! I wanted to tell you about my most recent experience with this location of Advance Auto Parts and the outstanding customer service provided by Derek R. It was early this morning (9:47 am) and I was on my way to a seminar. The seminar had already started at 9:00 in Virginia. The fob to my car needed the battery to be replaced. Unfortunately, the KIA dealer ship was closed. Divine intervention (The LORD) told me to go to this Advanced Auto Parts location. I did, and Derek R. got the correct battery for my 2 key fobs. It was less than $15.00 and he also replaced the batteries himself. I'm so very appreciative of him going the extra mile for me!

  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE DOOR! Derek went above & beyond to assist & answer my questions. Instead of wondering around the store his assistant made it quick & easy. Good customer service is a lost art but not w/Derek!!!!!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Perry. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, made sure I understood my options, and never once made me feel rushed. What really stood out was how much she cared about making sure I left with exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. It's rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but also so warm, personable, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Perry truly made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. Advance Auto Parts is fortunate to have someone like her on their team.
