  Recommend going to the one on Great Mills instead. This one says it closes at 10pm but if you arrive at 9:30 and go inside they say they close early when they get slow. Door should’ve been locked if you are closed in my opinion. Second time I’ve been here and they’ve closed early.

  I talked with the “store manager” Tierra regarding a cross contamination situation with an employee mopping and using cleaning supplies, then coming behind the counter making subs and not washing her hands. Tierra was disgustingly rude, seemed uninterested, and no compassion when brought to her attention. This careless act of the employee could have made someone ill. Tierra needs remedial training IMMEDIATELY!!

  I placed an order online and and I got home, I discovered one of the subs I ordered didn't have the meat it was supposed to have on it. No big deal, mistakes happen. I went back and gave the person the sub to show them. Instead of remaking the sub correctly, they just put the missing ingredient on and handed it back. Can't believe anybody would think this is the appropriate way to handle this situation.

  Even though the food here is well they are always understaffed with the manager barely in there as is
