  Very clean and calm Dona and mhel are very excellent with the customer service, and the food is amazing.

  I don’t know if this place is under new management, but the language barrier is absolutely ridiculous, I sent my child up to pick up my sandwich. They told him they didn’t have the order and I ordered at a different restaurant however I gave him my name, order number and the location plus the confirmation email. He then had to turn back home to come get me. It’s just so I can go up there and discover my sandwich is sitting on their counter.🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 and to top it off once I made it home it was the wrong sandwich. It was all bologna with a Ton of some type of sauce, I don’t even use. that is not the first time They screwed up but This will be my last time going

  I was disappointed with my recent experience at the Subway in Bryans Road, Maryland. The sandwich artist was inattentive, did not follow my requests correctly, and came across as unprofessional and uninterested in providing good customer service. Customer service and attention to detail matter, especially when preparing orders. This is one of the reasons I choose to drive to Jersey Mike’s in La Plata, MD, where the staff is consistently attentive and takes pride in their service. I hope Subway of Bryans Road takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience.
