  I made a purchase online to buy some oil for my car and pick it up in the store. When I went to the store to pickup the oil, the person at the front desk gave me an attitude like he clearly didn’t want to be there. I then give him my name and information for my pickup. While he is looking my information up, there is someone behind him sitting on the floor eating and watching something on his phone. He then goes to give me my oil and it is clearly the wrong oil. I tell him that’s not what I ordered and its the wrong oil. He then lies and says, its the same oil its just in a different bottle. I pulled out my phone and showed him what I ordered and what it should look like. He then gets an attitude and walks as slow as possible to get me the correct kind. When he comes back it’s still not the right kind and he claims that’s the best they have, even though what I ordered was in stock on the site and this guy clearly doesn’t know what he is doing and is showing he doesn’t care to work. I was so frustrated I just left. There are too many auto care stores in the area to come here and deal with this. I will never be back to this location.

  Ordered brake rotors through their website. They didn’t fit. Went to return them only to find out that they don’t allow returns for parts that have been put on a vehicle. The guy at the desk checked their other rotors for my vehicle and they all had a diameter which was 2cm wider than the part they sold me. 2cm. Almost an inch. You cant just be selling parts to people that are an inch smaller than they need to be and then ban returns, thats just a scam. 1-star for scamming me out of $70.

  Car Wouldn't start up had my brother jump my car we took the car to advance Auto Auto the guy replace my battery & he check to see if the my be any other problem s thank you Advance Auto &my favorite brother!!!!😊🚗
