  I was very disappointed with my recent order. We were missing a large cheese fry that we paid for, and some of the wings were also missing from the order. This was a large order totaling around $50, so it was frustrating to get home and realize that not everything we paid for was included. The missing items completely changed the meal and left us feeling like we wasted our money. We even had dinner plans that were changed specifically to order Wingstop, so it was especially disappointing when the order was incomplete. The situation caused a lot of frustration and stress in our household and could have been avoided if the order had been checked for accuracy before it was handed out. Customers should receive all of the food they paid for, especially on larger orders. I hope Wingstop can do a better job ensuring orders are complete before they leave the restaurant.
