Extremely rude and not helpful especially the man with the dreads, horrible when I’ve had other decent experiences from other associates

I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS Store location. I completed my shipment online through UPS and selected the option to print my label in-store. That option was clearly presented during checkout.
When I arrived, the manager stated she had no knowledge of this option and insisted that the store operates separately from the UPS website. Instead of trying to assist or find a solution, she was dismissive and unwilling to help.
I had to call UPS customer service myself while standing in the store. During that call, it became clear that there was a process (involving a mobile code), but none of this was explained or offered to me by the staff. It was only addressed after customer service intervened.
The entire situation was confusing, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing. As a paying customer, I expected at least basic knowledge of services that are actively offered online, or at minimum, a willingness to help resolve the issue.
Now, my shipment is still unresolved, and I have to pursue a refund.
UPS needs to ensure alignment between what is offered on their website and what store staff are trained to handle. This disconnect creates a poor customer experience and reflects badly on the brand.

My review is about Warren. Previously, for years, I would have gone anywhere else. The store is always made me feel like I was an imposition. They nickeled and dimed me, they weren't forthcoming with information. It was uncomfortable. Since Warren has started waiting on me, things are easy. He is helpful. He doesn't make me feel like I screwed up, he gets it done, he says thank you, and off I go. Completely different experience. Now I will come 8 minutes here rather than driving 20 to the post office.

This is my 5th time bringing Amazon returns to ship back. He always knows the products I need to return my items. Warren G. is very efficient, takes cares of multiple customers seamlessly. He is professional and gets you in and out. If customer service highest rating were 1000% that’s my rating.
Other customers love his customer service as well. Keep him and give him a raise if you can find it in your budget.
I’m going to leave a Google review too.
They charge to seal the package. Not worth it.
