  Worst location to come. They will try to to get $3 - $5 from you just for a piece of tape. Especially the little girl with short hair, always asking for the money. I asked if i was going to get a receipt and she said cash only with no receipt.

  Customer service is very good and in a timely fashion. You are in and out without wasting time and the workers are very helpful and respectful!

  The employees in the store are OUTSTANDING. I previously had an account at a different local store and the difference is like night and day. I look forward to visiting the store, I am always guaranteed a great customer experience. Zsarmaine, Brenda and Warren are the best!

  I’ve been coming to this The UPS Store for quite a while now, and after so many consistently positive experiences, I felt it was finally time to recognize one employee who always goes above and beyond Warren. I’ve had the opportunity to watch him work on some of the busiest days, and no matter how hectic the store gets, he always remains professional, patient, and focused. One of the things that stands out most is his ability to multitask. He can be helping one customer with shipping, answering the phone, processing Amazon returns, assisting someone with printing services, and acknowledging new customers walking through the door all without making anyone feel overlooked or rushed. That’s a skill you don’t see very often. Warren has always been friendly, approachable, and genuinely welcoming. Every time I come in, he greets me with a positive attitude and treats every customer with the same level of respect and professionalism. Whether someone has a simple return or a more complicated shipping request, he takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure they leave confident that their needs have been taken care of. What really impresses me is his attention to detail and efficiency. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the services the store offers and is always able to recommend the best options based on each customer’s situation. Even when there are long lines, he keeps things moving while still making each customer feel like they have his full attention. I’ve also noticed how willing he is to help he’s quick to step in without hesitation while continuing to manage his other responsibilities. That kind of professionalism doesn’t go unnoticed. In today’s world, it’s becoming harder to find employees who truly care about customer service, but Warren is one of those people who consistently exceeds expectations. His work ethic, professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to stay composed under pressure make him an incredible asset to this store. As a longtime customer, I can honestly say that employees like Warren are one of the main reasons I continue coming back to this location. He represents The UPS Store with excellence, and I hope his hard work is recognized because he absolutely deserves it. Thank you, Warren, for always providing outstanding service and making every visit a pleasant experience.
