  I went to this neighborhood Subway to pick up a quick bite to eat while running errands. I'm not big on Subway itself but the day before at another location I tried the protein Italian wrap and it was delish. I went to this location and the short Hispanic guy waited on me. I told him what I wanted and he proceeds to tell me I can only get on the sandwich what is listed. I told him I was able to substitute at a different location the day before. In a nasty demeanor he said I will do it for you this time but not next. I asked him why was he giving me a hard time and I asked to speak to a manager and he refused. I then told him to add pickles and onions on the wrap and he said no. I told him I didn't want it and left a. Subway please do better customer service training with your employees. And hire employees that know how to treat customers. This guy was rude for no reason. If he can't adhere to customer's simple request then he doesn't need to work there.

  OMGGG!!! I went into subway this evening in bowie the one by skyzone andd I jus lovee the energy that was given by Abduel the guy team lead and as well as the Beautiful MK! I saw through the window MK scrubbing the store floors over and over and once i came in she said she needed to Mop the floors i told her they were perfect and she needed to not over work herself !! She just did it. Abduel i hope i spelled his name correctly sorryyy if i didnt scrubbing the ovens . These 2 are working entirely 2 hard and i hope they are being well taken care of by the subway company. After taking pictures after i wrote the before paragraph i catch her doing the floors again anyways lol

  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! I WAS AT THIS LOCATION EARLIER THIS WEEK AND THE TWO WORKERS HAD THEIR MASKS PULLED DOWN TALKING ABOUT ME WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE WAITING FOR MY FOOD... THE FEMALE WORKER WAS TALKING TO THE MALE WORKER WITH THEIR MASKS PULLED DOWN.. MOUTH EXPOSED, LAUGHING AND TALKING AS SHE RESTOCKED THE FRESH BREAD WITHOUT GLOVES ON AND THE MALE WAS MISSING GLOVES ALSO. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.. PG COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO PAY THEM A VISIT.
