- KSKerstin SchmidtJan 29, 20261.0Buyer beware I suppose but I feel misled and duped by this store. Dropped an envelope off on Tuesday for next day delivery. Was offered a choice of delivery by 8, noon or 6 pm. This was following the big snow storm but no mention was made of potential weather complications or that operations were still experiencing residual delays. On Wednesday, discovered that delivery was pushed back to Thursday at noon. I called and spoke with manager and was told that I could request refund or price adjustment after delivery. Went in person this evening to make this request and was told they would not because the delay was because of weather. My complaint is that I think it is deceitful for the UPS Store employee to accept my envelope with the guise of next day delivery when there is an active weather delay notice (that I discovered later on their website). Why wasn't I warned advised of a potential delay. Also, why did my envelope go to NJ?! Feel like this is a situation where UPS can claim "weather" and there's no way for me to know that's actually the problem. Lucky for them. UPS store staff and national agents completely unsympathetic and unhelpful. Only consolation is that I didn’t elect delivery by 8 and spend even more money. Also that UPS has competitors in the next day shipping business I can use next time.
- DMD MJul 21, 20241.0I had a I9 appointment at this center and the store was closed, even though I drove 20 minutes to get here. I called several times to leave a message. Hours posted suggested this store should have been open. Really frustrating
