  Had a wonderful experience with this store - miss Kelly and her team did an AMAZING job both packaging and sending a very fragile piece of music equipment. The item was delivered by a local music store to send across the country for me - completely unpackaged. Miss Kelly’s team double-boxed it and bubble wrapped it - item arrived unscathed. Can’t thank them enough for being so caring and professional.

  The employee who handles the packages has been treating me very disrespectfully. They never respond when I say hello, and every time I thank them, they just turn their face away. It feels very discriminatory.

  Said they didn't have my package (they did), didn't know their own address (I showed them), and wouldn't look for my package until I showed them the UPS email confirmation. Then once they found it they tried to charge me $10 to pick it up even though I am a UPS My Choice Premium member. The manager tried the same BS and even refused to give me her name. She then gave me the package, didn't scan it or make me sign for it and told me NOT TO SHIP TO HER STORE AGAIN. She even sent the employee out to take a picture of my license plate. Yes, I got belligerent with her and her incompetent employee but THEY ARE CROOKS. Filing a complaint with UPS. Do not use this store.
