  The UPS Store, Old Emmorton Road, Abingdon was by far one of the best experiences surrounding Customer Service I’ve had a very long time. Jared and Henry went above and beyond to help me find the right documents to provide to start a mailbox service at that location. Initially, over the phone I thought I was unprepared. Henry with the assistance of Jared walk me through all the documentation that was needed to move forward in the process along with assisting me printing documents that’s needed. The process was effortless, friendly, and overall the highlight of the day which I was not expecting of having. Thank you guys for AMAZING service.

  Jared helped me to get on UPS WIFI. JARED and the other young man was so helpful. They said that the guest WiFi was hit by lightning and it has never been repaired. Call the cable company and get the repairs done for the your customers. Like I said, I think these young men needs a raise, they work really hard. Thank You!!! Barbara Guido.
