  What a sweet staff! I had to get handicapped placards laminated and really had no clue. Erin was very kind and patient and helped me with every part of the job. She even used a cutter in the back because of the thickness of the laminate. A friendly, helpful team makes any visit better. Thank you so much for the help!

  Stopped to drop off a prepaid package and had my two young kids in the car. I called the store and the man working (Rob I believe) was nice enough to run out and grab the box for me. He even offered to go back inside and print me a receipt and bring that back out. Super pleasant and easy!

  From the moment I walked in, the employee was extremely condescending and unprofessional. This was my third attempt to pick up my package, and I provided multiple forms of proof that I was the rightful recipient, including documentation showing that my business name and utility bills matched the name and address on the package. Despite this, she accused me of attempting to commit “fraud” without justification. When I questioned her decision, she told me to “call the cops” if I disagreed. As I was resting my hand on the package, she abruptly snatched it away from me. I understand the importance of verifying a recipient’s identity, but there is no excuse for treating a customer with this level of disrespect. The entire interaction was hostile, demeaning, and completely unprofessional. I hope FedEx addresses both the way customers are treated at this location and the employee’s conduct.

  Clean, short lines, friendly staff... -Seems like a safe neighborhood; didn't notice any riff raff, but it was daytime. Can recommend.
