  Called ahead of time to order a specific part and the lady on the phone told me the part would be available for pickup around 2pm. (I called around 8am) and she told me they would call me once the part arrived to the store. 2:20 came and I didn’t receive a call so I called to confirm the part was there and she said it arrived. I told them I will pick it up later. I called back again, just to confirm that it arrived and another associate answered the phone and told me that the part was not in store. Not sure why the woman lied to me & told me the part was there & she would put it to the side but she didn’t. Highly unprofessional. Now I have to figure out another way to get this part when this store is the only one that had specifically what I needed. 😡😡

  I was having the worst morning (one of those if it could go wrong it did). My windshield wiper snapped off with the snow and I didn't want to drive the 20 mins to daycare without one since stuff was coming up from the road and off cars, so I popped by early wasn't sure if they were open with the snow and a nice women came to the door and told me they were open I said I just have to run back and get my kids Real quick, I just didn't wanna leave them in the car, but I wanted to make sure that they were open before I got them out. She asked me what I was looking for. I told her I needed a windshield wipers for my Make and model. She said just meet me up at the front. She had everything ready for me. I brought my seven month old and my two-year-old and paid and took them back to the car and she brought everything out for me and installed the windshield wipers before I even have my kids in their car seats. This type of customer service does not happen often. I when it does. It really is at the best times. She really made my day and turned around my morning. I really wish I knew her name but thank you.
