  I should've read the reviews before I wasted good money on an Uber to this location. First off, there is no signage, you have to ask your way to the proper location. Second, when I arrive the main door is open, but the gate is down with a sign that says they will be back in 5 minutes, I waited 7 nobody ever came. On my way out I ran into a gentleman who informed me he had been there 30 minutes prior and found the establishment in the same state. You can't do anything but grab a box without the attendant, so don't even waste your time coming to this location. Go to 211 E. Lombard.

  Very quick service. Its inside Marriott Hotel. Not mentioned anywhere outside so its tricky to find… but its there. Inside Marriott, u take the elevators to ur left as u enter and make a u-turn when u reach the floor above. The gentleman inside was efficient n quick.

  Extremely rude staff. I called to inquire about a package that was dropped off there for shipment and the person would not look into my situation. I asked for the manger, who supposedly wasn't working. When I asked for the persons name who I was speaking to, she hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

  They are awfully bad. My package has been lost one week after shipment. It's been 2 months now, I 've called more than 15 times so far, the manager and the stuff never return my call and I am still seeking compensation or explanation. This is just unheard. In the meantime the central UPS company refuses to help since supposedly every ups store runs individually.
