  IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer the phone!! And their website doesn't work for the "Schedule an appointment" option. I'm trying to get something notarized for college and am under time constraints. I guess I'll just go to the Fedex store across the street!! Unbelievable and SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

  Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Busy location but the staff gets you done as fast as they can. I really appreciate all the help.

  Terrible wait time, everytime i go there lines are long or they have some technical issues which prevent them from doing the job. I dont even think the ac works there. Either update your equipment or train your staff better. They made me wait 20 mins before telling me and everyone else about technical difficulties. If you know you are having issues tell your customers dont make them wait. Will not return
