I have been patronizing this UPS store for many years as it's the closest one to me. My recent experience with Wang - the older Asian gentlemen - makes me not want to ever do business here again. He's rude and shouldn't be around customers at all!
I stopped in to drop a few packages off and print some documents. I asked if I could print the documents myself without him having to do it and he pointed me to the computer and printer. I asked if he could print the label to the UPS package I needed shipped he said it would be $5. I said I'll just do it myself and walked over to the computer and printer to read the menus. I tap the touchscreen on the printer to read the menu and he yells "Don't touch the printer you don't know what you're doing? " I walked out and went to the library to print for FREE like he so rudely suggested when I said $5 for one label was ridiculous. I'll NEVER pay him a dime. He needs to stay in the back or hire more personable people to work with the public.

Grossly overpriced. $4 for "computer access" (and you can't print if you don't use their computer). I wish this location would die so the Ren would have to add a business center.

The location of the UPS is very convenient for people who need to mail or ship packages quickly. However, they really need to improve on their pricing for printing document it is way overpriced. Customer service is fine but could be better.

I had a very upsetting experience at this UPS Store on May 6, 2026. I came in to send important documents and was offered a regular ground advantage option that was supposed to arrive by Friday 8. However, the person assisting me repeatedly pressured me to pay nearly three times more, saying my documents could "get lost, might not arrive for a month, or might not arrive at all" if I chose the cheaper regular option.
I also felt uncomfortable because he looked at the contents of what I was sending and made comments about them. The interaction felt disrespectful and unnecessarily intimidating, especially since I am a student and could not afford the more expensive option.
I left worried about whether my documents would actually be sent properly. I expect a shipping store to provide clear options, respectful service, privacy, and reliable handling - not pressure tactics or comments about personal documents.
I would not recommend this location unless management addresses these issues.
I paid for a shipping service (It wasn't just a dropoff). The personnel were so nice to me.
3 days later, I had to modify the delivery instructions (and only the sender can do that —when you pay a waybill in a UPS Store, they are technically the sender from UPS pov—), so I called them and someone who wasn't neither of the nice personnel told me, "call UPS Costumer Service, don't call me again".
I didn't even get mad, just shocked.
