  There were 2 employees working. Mr Yang was the employee closer to the register. He looked at me with a blank stare and never said a greeting. I waited for about 2 minutes and the young lady assisted me. Another ethnicity walked in and Mr Yang was extremely helpful. It was wrong and blatant behavior that Mr Yang showed me. Get him out of there if he can't treat all people with kindness and respect! Pissed off!!!

  I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS FOR THIS REVIEW!!! I called the store trying to ask general questions, the man (Asian I believe) either hung up in mid conversation, sent me straight to voicemail or yelled at me to not call again. He also lied the first time and said it wasn’t UPS… until I called from a different number. That man is unprofessional and by the looks of all these low reviews, y'all should seriously look into better security for packages, communication, and BETTER STAFF!!!!

  Rude staff in this location. I called to inquire about available hours for a service, and the person on the other end acted as if I were begging for money.

  I have been patronizing this UPS store for many years as it's the closest one to me. My recent experience with Wang - the older Asian gentlemen - makes me not want to ever do business here again. He's rude and shouldn't be around customers at all! I stopped in to drop a few packages off and print some documents. I asked if I could print the documents myself without him having to do it and he pointed me to the computer and printer. I asked if he could print the label to the UPS package I needed shipped he said it would be $5. I said I'll just do it myself and walked over to the computer and printer to read the menus. I tap the touchscreen on the printer to read the menu and he yells "Don't touch the printer you don't know what you're doing? " I walked out and went to the library to print for FREE like he so rudely suggested when I said $5 for one label was ridiculous. I'll NEVER pay him a dime. He needs to stay in the back or hire more personable people to work with the public.
