  This store abruptly stopped accepting large USPS packages without any warning. Unclear what constitutes as large but the convenience of using this store has been diminished. I will be finding other options

  UPS Package was stolen because the UPS driver did not follow the delivery instructions. Customer Service was not helpful resolving the claim.

  This location is very selective in who they want to charge. I went to return my Amazon item. They want to charge me 2.99 per piece of paper when they can just scan the label. Also, they want to charge five dollars for a bag when my item was already in a box and a bag. This location is just scamming money off of people because the UPS off of Washington clearly just scan my labels and I went on about my day. Don’t use this location for return to Amazon if you don’t look like the crowd.
