  Do not waste your time here. Dropped off a package for overnight shipping and it was incorrectly sorted at the store resulting in my package not being delivered on time. Not only did I waste my money I wasted my time calling UPS to get a refund. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

  Absolutely Terrible. The employees are very rude and seemed as if they didn’t want to help, This was my wife’s experience about 2 weeks ago and I had to come in to see. I will not be using this location again.

  I recently moved from Anne Arundel County to Baltimore city. I went to move my mailbox at the UPS store in Hanover to the UPS store at Canton Crossing. $770 a year for a small box? I understand that this is a franchise business and the franchisees gets to set pricing. But this is ridiculous. That’s more than double what I pay in Hanover. I’ll suffer the inconvenience of driving back down to Fort Meade to check my mail twice a week thank you very much. I will never do business with this store.
