  Very disappointed with service my boyfriend and I received tonight. The 2 people working did not greet us upon entering the store and instead had us wait without acknowledgment. The gentleman came from the register to help but groaned about it with his coworker. The only time the other man working acknowledged my boyfriend was when he my boyfriend said he has a coupon, to which he asked if it was good, and then proceeded to make snide remarks with his coworker. It made for an uncomfortable and rude experience. I’ve never been treated this way at this location before but I will never return to this location or the franchise because of this experience. If I find a way to contact corporate or the franchise owner I will relay my experience because it was that bad.

  Waited inside for ten minutes as the cashier/ sandwich maker sat in the back having a conversation with her phone on speaker.
