I ordered online ahead of time so that my food could be ready. I got my food only to find it was not toasted. I took the food back in and asked them to fix it. The girls behind the counter proceeded to argue with me that my very cold sub with cheese that was still solid and bread that was still soft was toasted. I said it was not and asked them if they could fix it. They slapped my subs onto the tray and started to load them into the toaster with ALL THE COLD INGREDIENTS STILL ON IT. I stopped them and asked why they were trying to do that, they looked at me like i was being unreasonable before they scraped the cold ingredients mostly off and threw it into the toaster. They then proceeded to put cold ingredients back onto the subs after being toasted and acting like this was a problem that I asked them to fix their mistake.

I don't eat at Subway often, but I was pleasantly surprised by how bright and clean and inviting this one was. Staff were friendly, and the food was good.
