I had an order to pick up that was made 10 minutes ago, when I arrived there was a bunch of of white people in line and she had my order to start but preferred to make all them first 7-8 orders and said I should wait like 45 minutes or cancel but couldn’t cancel the order so had to wait for all of them to order and pay before I get my order started

Worst Subway location I've ever been to. Enployees and owners are rude, incompetent, dishonest, thieves! They have no clue what the are doing. I had a $4.99 coupon for 6" sub and a soda. She rings me up and the total was over $10. I said the coupon is $4.99, how is the total so high? She has no clue, her only response was this is the price. After going back and forth, she can't figure out what she's doing, she refused to fix the issue. I ask for a receipt, the receipt shows she charged me for the drink on top of a meal. I show her the issue, she refuses to fix it. I go to get my drink and the fountain machine doesn't work, so I take a bottle from the refrigerator and give her the empty cup back. She then says I have to pay for a THIRD drink, when I have paid for 2 and only received one. She then threatens to call the police on me for stealing. I decide I'll call management because the woman refuses to correct the issue. She then refused to give me the managers name. I submit a complaint through the Subway website. The person that picks up the complaint calls the store and she tells her I stole the drinks and they didn't bother to pull the cameras or attempt to investigate.
I said why would I open a complaint for $2.50 if I stole from the store????? What a stupid way to get caught.and why would I waste my time filing a false complaint for $2.50???!!! I've never seen a store with worse customer service. They did absolutely NOTHING to resolve the issue. They stole money from me and then accused me of stealing. Do NOT go to this location, they are rude and dishonest.
