  Time: 7:26... The guy that works there is very rude. I went for the bogo hotshot Italiano sub. He told me I couldn't get the deal because the meat was bad but served the same sub to other customers. Very unprofessional and not a comfortable feeling.

  Worst experience I ever I had today this Hispanic lady and other one name kamal? Something like that first we Order a spicy sandwich online, and she gave the sandwich other guy before us we got there before him but she went up to him first while she was talking to this other guy for his number we told her that she gave out the wrong order to the wrong person she got upset and called us broke she refuse up to give us the order after we showed proof of receipt and ID and bank account to show her it was us buying the sandwich she still refused and until we start asking for the boss number for them refusing, and I asked her to give me the boss number Multiple time she Refuse to give it to me I would like a respond back with the bosses number please. Because there’s no way you refuse a customer that already pay showed you that ID showed you their receipt as prove That was their payment.

  I really would have given them 5 stars on behalf of the food being done & delivered in a timely manner , however my food was incorrect . I placed an order through my subway app which I do all the time from the dogwood location & have no problems . However today I get my food & instantly notice there is no mayonnaise or honey mustard on my sandwich. I give them a call just to let them know hey , my sandwich was missing the mayo, they never acknowledged me they just said hello & put the phone down. I’m actually still on the line hoping someone will eventually pick it up so that we can discuss why my sandwich wasn’t made correctly

  The 2 ladies working in the restaurant 2/16/2023 are nasty and disrespect customers. The shorter heavy set lady throws around customers food and has poor customer relationship training. The other lady allows the heavyset lady to do and say what she wants to customers. These ladies disrespect customers by talking about them in a foreign language and poorly preparing their food. I miss the previous owners. The bread and food was always fresh and presented in a nice way. These new owners use old lettuce bad tomatoes, and sloppily throw sandwiches together. I asked for more onions and geap of onions was thrown on my sandwich. I asked the lady to label my subs with American cheese and provolone cheese. This nasty lady looked at me like I was crazy and failed to finish wrapping my sandwich. She threw it in my bag unwrapped. VERY NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL FOREIGN LADY. DON'T get food there. They are hateful and clearly have a problem with certain races of people. The food is poorly handled.
