Great service, friendly staff. They move quickly to get you in and out quickly
I normally enjoy Subway and have never had issues customizing my order at other locations, but unfortunately my experience at this location was very disappointing. I ordered a protein pocket and simply asked for spinach instead of lettuce. The staff made it seem like it was a huge issue, even after I offered to pay extra if needed.
The employee had an attitude throughout the entire interaction and seemed frustrated over a very simple request. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store at the time, so it was surprising how unpleasant the experience was.
The only positive thing I can say is that the location itself was very clean.

I went in here for the first time, unfortunately I can't give a stellar rating. The wait was a bit long because it was lunch rush (which I can be patient). It was only two people working so they were naturally getting backed up. That wasn't the issue. I got the Turkey and Ham pocket, they didn't have ham, no biggie, so I got all turkey. The issue was the presentation of the wrap. The lady smashed the wrap inward until it made a little ball and then put it in the wax paper...please see the picture posted. This wrap was a mess! I had to unball it and move the contents around to wrap it better (it was messy and I was frustrated). They need another associate working and they need to take a bit of pride in making these items. Probably won't be back unfortunately.
Charged over $40 for 2 subs and a bag of chips. Could go to a different location and have the same thing for $30 or under. Absolutely ridiculous, won't be back.

I eat here at least once a week. The food is always fresh and the service is amazing! They make ordering and picking it up so simple as well.
